Shipping and Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
International shipping is not available at this time. We currently serve the United States only. Our apologies!
returns or exchanges
Because our items are made to order, unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges. Please review our sizing charts and be sure to double-check your design and color preferences before checkout.
If you have a problem with the quality of your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product so that we can resolve the issue. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number, a photo of the item, and description of the problem.
Once we have inspected your item, we will contact you with an offer for a refund or a replacement. If you order is approved for refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (typically 5–7 business days), depending on your card issuer's policies.
items returned to us or undeliverable
If the customer does not input the correct address or an error on the customers’ part results in the package being returned to us, we are not responsible for shipping the item again. We will either refund the order or the customer will be charged for shipping the item again.
If an error on our part resulted in the package being returned to us, we will ship the item again to the customer.
digital downloads refunds
Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds will not be given for digital downloads. If you are unhappy with the content provided in any digital resource, we are always open to suggestions. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with suggestions for improvement.
